The Real Estate Blog List

Richard Nacht a contributing editor of RealBlogging posted back in February that Blogging Systems was accepted as the editor of PubSub's Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Community Lists. We're happy to announce that "The Real Estate List" is live, so check it out and let us know what you think! With new real estate blogs being created each day, it's estimated that there are thousands of real estate blogs currently in the blogosphere. The list we amassed consists of real estate industry blogs that have attained a meaningful degree of influence and authority, amongst our peers, the industry and in several cases, the public. [Appraisal News for Real Estate Professionals is proud to be included in that list] The Real Estate List is part of PubSub's Community Lists: "The Syndicated Web is filled with communities on just about every subject. Whatever the topic, odds are there's a community of experts and enthusiasts that are already talking about it. But unless you're already famililar with the community, you may not know where to find it. PubSub's Community Lists are miniature roadmaps to those influential sites. They combine human expertise with LinkRanks, PubSub's method of comparing sites to one another by scrutinizing their links. A Community List tells you which sites to keep an eye on and which sites are leading the conversation from one day to the next." "LinkRanks is PubSub's method of measuring the strength, persistence, and vitality of links appearing in over 23 million sources that PubSub monitors." Thanks to Chris Bubny editor, Realty Blogging for compiling and maintaining this list! Blog Source - click here. , , , ,

  • Hi Brian- Just in case you didn't see my response to your comment on RealBlogging about PubSub's linkrank system, I'm reposting it here. "Hi Brian- Thanks for your comments. We took a look at your blog and we are seeing links. So what I'd like to do is find out which inlinks you're missing. Why don't you email me, cbubny@bloggingsystems.com so we can resolve the matter for you. The example you used below with Zillow seems to be a redirect to Zillow.com from zillowblog.tyepad.com which appears to be messing up the numbers. It's also possible that some of the links aren't picking up because the linking blog does not have a feed or that the feed contains summarized entries. PubSub only reads the feed of the site."

Let me know if you have any questions! -CB
